Which size should I order?

If you want to find out what size you need to get we recommend you to read our product descriptions. In our descriptions is more information regarding the fit, materials ad special features.

 

Will the out of stock items be restocked?

First of all we feel sorry that the items you want are out of stock. Most of our items will be restocked if it is not an special item. When in doubt you can always contact our service team via email or by phone.

 

The items I purchased are damaged or deliverd in the wrong size. What should I do?

FAIRDISE is sorry for the disappointment. We will recommend you to contact our customer service. They will come back at you with a solution to the problem. Please don’t send your garments back to our warehouse right away. First get in contact with us, that way we can provide you with an authorization code to ship back your damaged products without any costs for you.

 

How do I take care of my clothing?

Every product comes with a care label on the inside of your clothing. We would strongly recommend you to follow the instructions on the label. If you have any more questions regarding the treatment of your items, you are free to contact us via email or phone.

 

 

Orders & Delivery

 

I did not receive a confirmation regarding my order. What went wrong?

It sometimes can take one of two hours until you receive the confirmation of your order. Please check your spam box as well.

If the payment has been processed and you still did not receive an email after three hours please get in touch with our customer service.

 

 

What is the current status of my order?

After you placed an order, you will receive a conformation email right away. Your order will be processed within 12 hours. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will get an email with your tracking information. Your order can be tracked until it is delivered.

 

 

I filled in the wrong shipping address. What should I do now?

Please don’t panic! We all make some mistakes and we will always find a solution to this problem. The only result could be a small delay of delivery date.

 

Please contact us right away. That way we can adjust your address and ship it out as soon as possible.

 

What is the current status of my order?

Once your order is picked and ready for shipping, you will receive a tracking number via your email. You can click o the number in your email and follow your order until it is delivered at its destination.

 

What is the delivery time of my order?

All orders within The Netherlands placed for 9 pm on working days will be shipped the same night and will be delivered the next working day. We offer standard shipping to a local PostNL pick-up point or your home address.

 

What are the shipping costs?

The Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 business days. (Free)

Europe, US, Canada, Australia & Middle East: 2-5 business days (€6,95, over €125,- Free)

Asia, Africa, South America, New Zealand, China: 3-7 Business days (€12,95, over €175,- Free)

 

My package has not been delivered. What happened to my package?

We are sorry to hear that your package has not been delivered yet. It is possible that the estimated time has changed. Or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address. If the estimated time has not changed and the address is correct, check your email for a note. The package may have been delivered to your neighbors. Please get in touch if not and we will check out your order and otherwise provide you with a solution.

 

Returns

 

Our return policy:

Our return policy allows you to return your unused products within 30 days after receiving them. You can open the package and fit the items. Once we have received your returned products. We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. Returns will only be accepted if the products are unused, undamaged, unwashed and with all our original FAIRDISE labels and hangtags attached.

 

When can I expext my refund?

Your money will be refunded as soon as we received and checked your order. After that your money will be refunded in 5 business days trough the same payment method you ordered with.

 

What are the costs to return an item?

The costs of return may differ depending on the country you are shipping from. Please check the local post office for the shipping pricing. The return of shipments are at your own expense.

 

Is it possible to exchange your item?

FAIRDISE does not exchange products. If you would like to change your item for another size or product, please follow our return process and order a new item.

 

How can I return my item(s)?

Your returns are only accepted within 30 days after receiving them. All returned orders must be returned with our return policy as guidance. The costs of returns are not covered by FAIRDISE.

 

Fill in the return form and add it to the parcel, please re-use the parcel you received. This makes the return more ecofriendly. If you did not receive a return form, click here to download a return form. Please attach the return sticker to the outside of the shipping box. The sticker is not a prepaid return label, you will have to pay for the return costs.

The VAT

VAT stands for Value Added Taxes. These taxes are paid on top of the price of the products. All orders within the European Union pay taxes that are included in the prices. If you order from outside the European Union you will have to VAT in the form of import duties.

No, you don’t need one. You can always easily checkout as a guest. But your orders won’t appear in your account.
